Research Assistant

Richard, a graduate of the Delaware School for the Deaf, has served the D/HH community for years. Prior to joining LCL, he held roles within the areas of education advocacy, community and services development, and project management. Richard has a Master’s degree in African American Studies from Boston University, and currently resides in Western North Carolina.
