Brian Casasnovas


At UConn, Brian Casasnovas pursued a Bachelor’s Degree in Speech Language and Hearing Science as well as a Bachelor’s in Psychology. Brian is particularly interested in the development of language and bilingualism. He worked with Emily Carrigan to investigate the emergence of space in language development. During his time at UConn, Brian also worked in the Early Detection of Autism Lab under Deborah Fein, where he conducted follow-up interviews for families whose children may be eligible for evaluations for autism. After graduation, Brian will be pursuing a Masters Degree in Speech Language Pathology with the goal of working as a Speech Language Pathologist in the future.
